  • Availability: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Prices for our products (listed in KWD) are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
4. ORDER ACCURACY AND BILLING
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number (+965 65922259) provided at the time the order was made.
5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
  • Local Delivery: We primarily serve customers within Kuwait. Shipping and delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Recipient Responsibility: Since many of our items are Frozen or Cooked, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time to prevent spoilage.
6. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of food products:
  • Perishables: Cooked and frozen items are generally not eligible for return once they have left our facility, for health and safety reasons.
  • Pre-Orders: Items in our Pre-order collection may have specific cutoff times for cancellations. Please contact us via WhatsApp immediately if you need to modify an order.
7. USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
If you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or creative ideas, suggestions, or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and distribute those comments.
