Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items) and health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any food items once they have been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to have the best experience possible. If your order arrives in any of the following conditions, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:
  • Damaged or Spoiled: The item is defective, spoiled, or arrived with damaged packaging.
  • Incorrect Item: You received something different from what you ordered.
  • Missing Items: Part of your order is missing.

Refunds & Replacements
Once we evaluate the issue, we will offer one of the following:
  1. Replacement: We will send out a fresh replacement for the affected item at no additional cost.
  2. Refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method.
    • Note: Approved refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
  • Improper Storage: Items that were not stored correctly (e.g., refrigerated or frozen) after delivery.
  • Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns if you simply no longer want the item or do not like the flavor.
  • Inaccurate Address: Orders that could not be delivered or were delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Cancellations
Orders for fresh or prepared food items can only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order is with our delivery team, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
