1. DELIVERY TIMEFRRAME
  • 2-Hour Guarantee: We aim to deliver "Ready-to-Eat" (Cooked) and "Frozen" items within 2 hours of order confirmation.
  • Operating Hours: Express delivery is available daily from [Starts 09:00 AM] to [Insert End Time, 06:00 PM]. Orders placed outside these hours will be scheduled for the next day's first slot.
2. SERVICE AREAS
We currently offer 2-hour delivery to the following governorates:
  • Hawally, Capital (Kuwait City), Mubarak Al-Kabeer, and Ahmadi.
  • Note: Remote areas (such as Al-Wafra or Al-Abdali) may require additional time and are subject to standard delivery windows.
3. SHIPPING FEES
  • Express Flat Rate: A standard delivery fee of [2.000 KWD] applies to all express orders.
  • Free Delivery: We offer free express shipping on orders over [15.000 KWD].
4. PERISHABLE GOODS HANDLING
Because our products include Cooked, Frozen, and Fresh Sweets, we follow strict handling protocols:
  • Temperature Control: All items are transported in insulated thermal bags to maintain heat or keep frozen items at the correct temperature.
  • Recipient Requirement: To maintain quality, someone must be available to receive the order. If the courier cannot reach you within 10 minutes of arrival, the order may be returned to our facility to prevent spoilage, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
5. ORDER TRACKING & UPDATES

6. CANCELLATIONS
Due to the speed of our 2-hour service, orders can only be cancelled or modified within 10 minutes of being placed. After this window, the preparation process has begun, and changes cannot be guaranteed.
